Client software problem

I tried to download the client software to begin tinkering with my roster, and after I unzipped the file I was told that something wasn't registered properly, and it won't open. What gives?

Follow that link, the second line "STHS Client : Version 1.1.5 - Release the 2009-05-06 : The STHS Client is use by General Manager to make change to there team (Roster, Lineup, ...)."
Download that one... Once you have it, if it still doesnt work, download and install the support files found directly below the program, at that point it should be totally functional. When you open the program, it should say "no file found" or something along those lines, download the most recent league file, open it using that program and you should be good to go.
